4. If your service has a gift, after purchase, take a screenshot and send your order number to Telegram support or through the ticketing system.

5. To receive NFT as a gift (or buy NFT), you need to send the necessary information. Send NFT name and Metamask wallet address (first connect your wallet to the opensea website) on the Polygon or Ethereum network to our Telegram support.

6. In trade investment services, it is necessary to have a screenshot of your Order until the end of the investment period.

7. You can contact us through Telegram support (recommended method), ticketing system, or email.

8. To renew the service or account, it is necessary to apply at least 2 weeks before the service or account expires.
